How Long Do You Retain Data?

We retain data for about 1-2 years unless it becomes evidentiary, then we can keep it up to 5 years. 

How Do You Protect My Information?

We safe lock it in a Coputer Automated Dispatching system (CAD) so it does not get seen by the general public. We also have Redaction software.

Are There Guidelines for Children?

When we verify a minor is involved we redact information as needed. 

How Is Information Transferred Internationally?

Through our CAD system. Computer Automated Dispatching system. 

What Is Our Legal Basis?

We have to gather information for evidential purposes in case we have to go to court or make an arrest. 

What About Links to Third Party Services?

We typically do not send these out and if we do it would be for a link to download evidence or receive a digital invoice/receipt.
